For too long our borough has been represented in Westminster by MP's who have ignored the views of local residents. Antony's plan puts Burnley and its surrounding areas, like Padiham, Hapton, Worsthorne and Brierfield at its heart.

    Regenerate Burnley and Padiham town centres to reduce the number of vacant shops, increase footfall and ensure there is a vibrant mix of retail and leisure.  Our borough was always last on the list in Westminster. But we’re changing that.

    I'm working with businesses across Burnley and Padiham to reduce unemployment and grow our local economy. They're the backbone of our area employing our family and friends. We need a voice which will champion them all.

  • MAKING OUR STREETS SAFER

    I'm continuing to crack-down on crime and anti-social behaviour to make our streets safer. I'm backing our police. Giving them the powers and resources they need to keep us safe.

  • IMPROVING EDUCATION

    We're delivering a new University campus and Institute of Technology to ensure young people have the skills needed for the 21st century; with schools supported to drive up aspiration. We need to spread opportunity to unleash the potential of Burnley and Padiham.
