There was a great turnout this year at the annual Remembrance Sunday services.
Today is a day to remember all those who have served our nation and made the ultimate sacrifice.

I’d like to say thank you to those who came out to pay their respects - whether in Burnley where I was - in Padiham, or one of our many villages. A special thank you has to be given to the Royal British Legion (Burnley & Padiham branch) too. For they shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. We will remember them.
